Trece de la Suerte, Summer 2005

Trece de la Suerte (wich means Lucky 13 en espanol) was a mambo / salsa / latin ensemble consisting of members from all over San Diego and Tijuana, who wanted a modern, handrawn mark. They wanted something light and whimsical, yet fun and energetic.

After a few iterations this mark was chosen, but with a much more pared back color scheme then we would have liked. We told them that the colors we chose were based on their music and its energy (it is Mambo, after all), but they said no. Ok!
